Shipping & Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within twenty (20) days of the receipt date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than twenty (20) days after the receipt date will be in the form of a store credit redeemable on your next purchase. *All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Your account will not be refunded until XSR LLC receives the merchandise in question, and inspects the product(s). An RMA (Return Material Authorization) must be received from XSR LLC before any products are returned. Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being: used, installed, modified, or installed contrary to instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration.

Please send your package (in its original packaging) using a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. Send the tracking # along with your order # and name to info@boardstoragerack.com. In the event that your return is lost or damaged during shipment you must file a claim with the shipping company.
